§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe Department has not carried out any evaluations of in-line fuel-conditioning devices and does not endorse, approve or otherwise accept any product that claims to offer improvements in fuel economy and/or reductions in pollution. It is for the manufacturers to satisfy themselves that the product meets legal requirements.
