§ Mr. Charles WardleThe only applicable guidance is Home Office Circular 108/1983 on the Coroners' Juries Act 1983 (Commencement) Order 1983—SI 1983 No. 1454 (c43)—and the Coroners (Amendment) Rules 1983—SI 1983 No. 1539. This referred, among other matters, to the selection of coroners' juries, which since 1 January 1984, has been made by the same machinery as the selection of jurors for other courts.
