§ Mr. Haselhurst
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he intends to implement article 27 of the Council directive 92/50/EEC in relation to his Department.

§ Mr. Charles Wardle
This article, along with the rest of the Council directive 92/50/EEC, comes into force on 1 July this year and will be fully implemented by the Home Office.
