§ Mr. AitkenWe have received a number of representations on this subject from hon. Members and industry. I can confirm that we intend to replace or modernise the Royal Air Force's C-130 fleet. We have no plans to participate in a new development programme, as we believe that the technology already exists to meet our requirements.
