§ Mr. Redwood[pursuant to the reply, 12 February 1993, c. 831]: My hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Corporate Affairs has today placed in the Library a consolidated list for all Departments of regulations which affect business. The Department's entry includes an explanation of the purpose and impact of each regulation.
