§ Mr. WaldegraveHer Majesty's Treasury's public competition and purchasing unit guidance note No. 34, "Market Testing and Buying In", issued in March 1992, is available to Departments and their staff. Copies have already been placed in the Library. My Department plans to publish revised guidance, which will be widely available to those involved in market testing, including the staff of Government Departments.
