§ Mr. Charles WardleMr. Treshman left the United Kingdom voluntarily on 14 April. In accordance with the directions given by the Home Secretary on 26 March, he is now excluded from the United Kingdom on the ground that his presence is not conducive to the public good. Before he left Mr. Treshman appealed against the decision to deport him; that appeal will now proceed in his absence.
