§ Mr. MacGregorAgenda 21 raises a wide range of environmental policies which fall within the responsibility of many of the Department's divisions. It is not therefore possible to specify the precise number of staff concerned with this issue. Work on implementing policies arising out of agenda 21 is co-ordinated by the transport policy unit.
