To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what steps have been taken since 1986 to improve housing provision and standards for the Bangladeshi population in Britain.

The Government's aim for housing is to bring a decent home within reach of every family, and our policies work towards that end regardless of the ethnic origin of individual households.
