§ Mr. Eggar[holding answer 14 April 1993]: Following the debate on the Government's coal review on 29 March, both my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade and I had a full programme of official engagements on the following three days.
My right hon. Friend attended Cabinet on 1 April as well as two Cabinet Committees and other meetings with Cabinet colleagues and overseas visitors in this period. I had a bilateral with the Danish Minister for Energy on 1 April and three constituency engagements during those three days. We both voted in the House on 30 and 31 March.
