§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkePotential contractors will he required to take account of the implications of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 and the EC Acquired Rights Directive in their bids. Only at that stage will it be possible to make any assessment of the financial implications.
