§ Mr. StephenTo ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department how many applications were made for bail to(a) the Crown court, (b) the High Court and (c) the Court of Appeal, during the last two years for which figures are available by persons whose application for bail had been refused by a lower court.
