(2) what provision is made for patients who require a bone marrow transplant; and what provision is made for funding transplants for genetic and metabolic disorders.
§ Mr. StewartIt is for health boards to negotiate contracts for the provision of bone marrow transplant services. As at 31 March 1993 there were four adult patients waiting for bone marrow transplants in Scotland. There is no waiting list for bone marrow transplants for genetic or metabolic disorders.
