§ Mr. NorrisThe Department has not made estimates of road traffic flows for each year for 2010. However, recent trends indicate that car traffic and hence all motor traffic could grow by less than 1 per cent. per annum in the central area and by between 1 and 2 per cent. per annum in other parts of London.
