§ Mr. NorrisAppointments of chairmen of the three nationalised industries listed on page 70 of "Public Bodies 1992"—British Rail, the Civil Aviation Authority and London Transport—came within the category set out in paragraph 50(ii)(a) of "Questions of Procedure for Ministers" and required submissions to the Prime Minister. None of the other appointments listed came within categories requiring a submission to the Prime Minister.
