Mr. Salmond

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if she will estimate the percentage of part-time(a) male and (b) female employees in (i) Scotland, (ii) Wales, (iii) England, (iv) Northern Ireland and (v) Great Britain who earned less than (1) £3.80 an hour, (2) £4.00 an hour, (3) £5.20 an hour and (4) £5.40 an hour in 1992.
