§ Sir Wyn RobertsLlantarnam abbey is a grade II listed building and proposals affecting its future will be considered against published planning guidance. Representations were made to the Department concerning the impact on the abbey of our proposals for the A4042 Llantarnam bypass. These were considered at a public inquiry held in February/March 1992 and orders for the bypass were published in December 1992.
