Mr. Milburn

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to his answer of 16 March,Official Report, columns 129–30, if he will estimate the number of taxpayers who have benefited from the reduction in personal income tax introduced by the Finance Act 1988 in each region in each year.
