Mr. Llew Smith

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what account has been taken of the guidance given in the World Health Organisation European Series Number 46 publication on Site Selection for New Hazardous Waste Management Facilities (1993) in making decisions to grant planning permission for waste incineration facilities in Wales.
