§ Mr. SackvilleThe framework document of the NHS Pensions Agency, which covers England and Wales, will be published before the launch. I expect to make an940W announcement very shortly on the date of the launch. The responsibility for arrangements in Scotland is for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland.
