§ Mr. Archie HamiltonIn keeping with the Government's policy of building closer ties with all the countries of central and eastern Europe, the Ministry of Defence has over the past 12 months established contacts with the Romanian armed forces, mostly about hydrography. We have also recently agreed a modest training package which includes English language training and attendance at selected courses run by the three services.
