To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what is the revised timetable for construction of the proposed Comber bypass; and if he will make a statement;

(2) what is the revised programme for the Forter Green road junction scheme; and if he will make a statement.

Any revised timetable for the implementa-tion of these schemes will only be known after the outcome of the current annual review of the Government's expenditure plans has been determined.
