To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if she will state the individual programme costs at constant prices, for each of the years 1987–88 to 1991–92 for employment training and its predecessor programmes youth training and the enterprise allowance scheme and the numbers out of work for each of the years during the same period; and if she will make a statement on the Government's future intentions for Government employment and training measures.
