§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what policy considerations will govern the choice of priorities for capital projects in his departmental budget in the year 1993–94(a) if the Barnett formula is continued and (b) if it is discontinued;
(2) what evaluation he has carried out of the priority to be given to all of the capital expenditure projects in his departmental programme in relation to the proposed impact of the Barnett formula agreements.
§ Mr. David HuntI refer the hon. Gentleman to the answer I gave him on 19 October,Official Report, column 149. In due course, I shall allocate the resources of the Welsh Office block to individual programmes and projects according to my assessment of priorities.
