§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe Hong Kong Government have not invoked legislation prohibiting the ship Akat Suki Maru from entering Hong Kong waters. Hong Kong is aware of its international obligations as regards navigation through its waters. There is no reason to expect that the ship will enter Hong Kong waters.
