§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he expects to receive a copy of the study into the Caldicot levels impoundment for wading birds being carried out by Mason Pittendrigh with respect to design and management and David Bellamy Associates with respect to the environmental aspects as part of the mitigation works in relation to the proposed Cardiff bay barrage.
§ Mr. David HuntI anticipate receiving the report of the feasibility study into the creation of a bird reserve on the Gwent levels before the end of this year.
