§ Mr. Peter LloydBritish Rail stations require a fire certificate in accordance with an order under the Fire Precautions Act 1971. The issue of such certificates is the454W responsibility of fire authorities, which are specifically forbidden under section 21 of the Act from disclosing, except in clearly defined circumstances, any information obtained by their employees during an inspection.
