§ Mr. HeseltineSince my announcement to the House on 15 July 1992, my Department has been working with the Post Office and our advisers to consider a range of issues, including the timing and method of sale. I have received several expressions of interest in Parcelforce and look forward to its transfer to that private sector as soon as possible.
