To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) what contribution his Department made to the declaration on Western European Union included in the annexes on the treaty of European Union (Cm. 1934);
(2) what contribution his Department made to the drafting of the title V, articles JI to JII of the treaty of European Union, (Cm. 1934).
