§ Sir Hector MonroAgreement has been reached with the European Commission on the procedures to be followed in the United Kingdom for verifications under article 35 of the Euratom treaty of the operation and efficiency of environmental monitoring facilities for radioactivity. We have not yet received a formal request from the Commission for such a verification visit in respect of Dounreay or elsewhere.
