§ Mr. EggarThe average prices of electricity in 1991 to industrial consumers combined, in the member states of the European Community are set out in the tables. Prices of electricity to the domestic and commercial sectors are not available separately. 1991 prices for electricity in Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain are not available. All prices in the tables include taxes, where applicable, including VAT to the domestic/commercial market where it is not refundable.
