Mr. McLeish

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish the names of the consultants commissioned to inquire into(a) the privatisation of the Scottish bus group, (b) the Skye bridge and (c) options for the future of Scottish Water; and if he will give the expenditure for each.
