§ Mr. Lennox-BoydFor the financial year 1991–92 expenditure on the bilateral country programmes for the Commonwealth Caribbean exceeded £40 million. In addition, the Commonwealth Development Corporation—CDC—maintains a substantial investment programme; new CDC investment there in 1991 totalled £33.5 million. This year bilateral country aid is expected to remain at approximately the same level.
