To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to draw conclusions from the bypass demonstration project.

§ Mr. Kenneth Carlisle
The conclusions will be available in the form of guidance for local authorities after the project is completed in 1994. Interim progress reports will be published at six-monthly intervals. The first is due to be published in November this year.
