§ Mr. Ray PowellThe expenditure on refurbishment of 6–7 Old Palace Yard since 9 April 1992 was £4,700. In addition £7,200 was spent on replacement furniture and essential routine maintenance continued as necessary.
As a consequence of the transfer of the buildings to the other place, the cost of any future conservation and restoration will be the responsibility of that House.
