§ Mr. Peter LloydInformation on the cost of the general election in each constituency will not be available until all returning officers' accounts have been submitted and settled. Returning officers have 12 months from the date of the general election in which to submit their claims.
§ Mr. William RossTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what was the(a) average, (b) shortest and (c) longest period of time taken to carry out the count for constituencies in (i) England, (ii) Scotland, (iii) Wales and (iv) Great Britain at the general election in 1992.
