Whether they have received the report of the Inter-Departmental Committee on the transfer between jurisdictions of sentenced prisoners and when this will be made available to Parliament.
The Minister of State, Home Office (Earl Ferrers)The committee's report has been submitted to Ministers in all three United Kingdom jurisdictions. My right honourable friend the Home Secretary has written to colleagues in Northern Ireland and Scotland seeking agreement to the recommendations made and to publication of the report.
