§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe United Kingdom contribution to the global environment facility has been separate from and additional to aid to developing countries and will continue to be so. The amount of resources which we shall provide in 1993–94 has not yet been decided. This will depend on the outcome of talks with the World bank and other donors.
