To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment how many homes have been treated and what amount has been spent under the home energy efficiency scheme in each network installer area in Scotland since 1 January 1991.

The original area 14 was divided into four on 14 December 1991. No suitable bid for registration as a network installer for the Western Isles has since been received. A network installer was registered for Shetland islands in April this year.
