What action they propose to take on the report of a legal conference on the working of the Dangerous Dogs Act held in the Inner Temple on 11th July containing serious criticisms of the present state of the law.
The Minister of State, Home Office (Earl Ferrets)Before the legal conference took place, the Home Office wrote to the sponsor, PRO Dogs National Charity, expressing an interest in the outcome of the event. We have not so far received any report of the conference, but we shall consider its contents if it is submitted to us.
