§ Mr. YeoThe Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work's (CCETSW's) requirements for the training of approved social workers include prescribed training in the management of violent behaviour. CCETSW is currently reviewing its requirements to ensure that they are up-to-date and effective in preparing approved social workers for all aspects of their responsibilities and to emphasise the skills with which they must be equipped through training. The council will be formerly considering the recommendations of the review at its November meeting.
