§ Mr. CurryThe European Commission has not yet proposed rules for the implementation of the beef special premium scheme after 1 January 1993, and it is therefore not yet clear whether a system of registration and passports will be required for eligible animals. It is not yet possible to estimate the staff numbers or cost of such a system.
