§ Mr. FormanGuidance for adults is provided in a variety of ways, including by LEA's as part of the careers service and in the form of free-standing services. LEA's are building up links with TECs in the provision of these services. We hope that LEA services will play an important part in the Government's assessment and guidance credits initiative, announced in the White Paper "People, Jobs and Opportunity".
