§ Mr. David HuntMy right hon. Friend the Minister of State has already indicated to the training and enterprise councils in Wales an important new development under which they will be guaranteed a minimum level of funding for 1994–95 and 1995–96 for training for work and business and enterprise support. This will be introduced next year and should facilitate TECs' longer-term planning with training and enterprise support providers. Negotiation of the prices which the Government will pay TECs for training and enterprise support in 1993–94 will begin next month.
