§ Mr. SackvilleThe London ambulance service has had real growth of £1 million 1992–93 with a total budget of £69.7 million for the year. The LAS is expected to operate within the resources available to it and to manage overtime levels effectively. Management and staff agree the need to review jointly the effectiveness of the current rosters in meeting the standards of service expected from the LAS and must work together to achieve that objective.
