§ Mr. David HuntI am currently reviewing the economic conditions and prospects for our less-favoured area farmers as part of the hill livestock compensatory allowance autumn review and as part of this process I have met representatives from the National Farmers Union (Wales) and the Farmers Union of Wales. The outcome of this review and the HLCA payment arrangements to apply from 1 January 1993 will be announced as soon as possible.
