§ Mr. AtkinsNo. Urban development grant is targeted towards areas of greatest need and there are no plans to extend it to areas outside Belfast and Londonderry. The International Fund for Ireland operates a similar scheme called the urban development programme which promotes the rehabilitation, revitalisation and development of the commercial centre of towns and villages outside Belfast and Londonderry.
