HC Deb 26 November 1992 vol 214 c747W
Mr. Harry Greenway

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what consultations he is currently undertaking as to the capacity of roads in the west London and Heathrow areas to accommodate present and projected traffic; and if he will make a statement.
