To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will publish figures showing the year on year increase in the amount of central Government market testing; and if he will make a statement.

[pursuant to his reply, 23 November 1992, column 606–74]: The details of the market testing plans of main Departments were published yesterday in the citizens charter White Paper. The breakdown of the market testing plans for other Departments and agencies is as follows.
