§ Mr. David HuntThe Government's proposals for reform of agricultural tenancy law would give landlords and tenants the freedom to agree the period of tenancy which was suited to their particular needs. The parties would be able to take account of all factors in deciding the appropriate period including any retirement plans of the tenant.
